For agencies, creators and in-house social teams
All your social media, in one app.
Plan and schedule posts, review and edit videos, reply to every comment and DM, send reports and run your team, whether you look after 30 clients, your own channels or one business. Orbitr replaces up to 29 apps you'd otherwise juggle.
A 6-person agency with 8 clients pays about A$1,520 a month for the usual stack. A solo creator, about A$190. See the maths

Why teams switch
29 apps, 14 jobs. One login.
Scheduling in Metricool, review in Frame.io, tasks in Asana, chat in Slack, passwords in 1Password, edits in CapCut, sign-off chased on WhatsApp. Most agencies pay for 10 to 15 of the apps on this page, and even a solo creator or a small in-house team usually pays for five or six, then moves work between them by copy and paste.
Say each person jumps to another app 25 times an hour over a 7.5-hour day. That's about 188 switches each, or 1,128 a day across a team of 6. In Orbitr the post knows its video, the video knows its brief, the brief knows the brand, and the report knows what went live.

What you save
Fewer bills. More hours back.
Start from an agency, a solo creator or an in-house team, then set your team size and how many brands you look after. Some apps charge per person, some per brand or account, so both change the total. Every price is the vendor's own, checked this week.
Untick what you don't pay for. Tick the ones you do.

That's A$18,290 a year on separate subscriptions, before price rises and extra seats.
Orbitr's plans are shared directly, sized to your team.

How we worked this out +
List prices from each vendor's own pricing page on 4 November 2026, billed yearly and shown per month unless noted, before tax. Prices in the vendor's own currency are converted at US$1 = A$1.435 (mid-market, 3 November 2026). Google Docs, Sheets, Forms and Drive come with Google Workspace, which you'll still have for email, so they don't count as a saving.

One video, start to finish
From raw footage to scheduled. It moves itself.
This is the real app, recorded end to end. Your team does five things: shoot, edit, comment, approve, and the client taps approve. The folders, versions, messages and hand-offs happen on their own.
Also happening on its own
- Team notified the moment footage lands
- Brief drafted from the shot list, transcript and brand voice
- Editor assigned by skill and capacity
- Due dates worked back from the publish slot
- Caption drafted in each brand's tone
- Internal reviewers reminded at 2, 4, 12 and 24 hours
- Clients reminded until they approve
- Published posts marked live with the link saved
Scheduler
Plan the feed by dragging it
Drop a batch of photos and videos in, drag them onto days, then move posts around the Instagram grid preview. Each post takes the date of its new spot, so the calendar and the grid never disagree.

Feedback on the exact frame
Pause, type, done: every comment is pinned to its timestamp and becomes the editor's checklist. Upload V2 and it replaces V1 in place, with the old version a click away.

Approvals where clients already are
When a video's ready, the review link goes to the client's WhatsApp group or email. They open it, watch, and tap approve. No account, no password, no thread to dig through.
More on client approvalsContent Tracker
Every shoot and edit, moving on its own
A board for where each edit is up to, a sheet for the detail, and shoot hours logged against the client. Statuses move as the work does, so nobody has to ask.
More on the Content TrackerInbox
One inbox for every account
Comments, DMs and Google reviews from every client land in one place. Astro drafts the reply in each brand's tone, and a keyword in the comments can send the DM for you.
More on the InboxVideo Editor
Rough cut, captions and camera switching, done for you
Pick your clips in order and the Video Editor's AI editing lines them up, cuts the pauses and stumbles, adds captions and switches cameras on a podcast to whoever's talking. Then fine-tune it on a real timeline.
More on the Video EditorPro enhance
One tap. Shot like a pro.
Same people, same shot. Pro enhance turns a flat phone photo into one that looks like it was taken on a pro camera, for one photo or the whole shoot. Drag the handle to compare.

Photo Editor
Then edit by hand, or the whole shoot
Drop in photos, iPhone HEIC or camera RAW, try a look and grade light and colour. Remove a blemish, crop for every platform and batch the rest of the shoot to match.
More on the Photo EditorAstro
An assistant on every page that can actually do the work.
Tell Astro what you need in plain English: plan next week for a client, write captions in their voice, fill in missing dates, draft replies to every review. It knows the page you're on and each client's Brand brain, and anything it makes waits for your team to approve.
Already use Claude or ChatGPT?
Connect Orbitr and ask them to plan the month or check what's waiting on review. Their drafts land in Orbitr for approval too.
One app, every person who touches the work.

Clients aren't messaged
Importing never sends a review link or a reminder. Clients only hear from you when you send something.
Do it yourself, or we'll do it
Self-serve imports are always free. Done-for-you move: one-time, with a fixed quote before we start.
Desktop and phone apps included
Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android, with notifications for messages, reviews and approvals. Free, and always up to date.
Questions, answered.
Switching, data, clients and AI. Plans are shared directly. Ask about plans and we'll talk through what fits your team. There's more on the FAQ page.
Do we have to move everything over at once?
No. Most teams start with one client, one brand or one part of the workflow, like video review or scheduling, and keep their old tools running until they're happy. Nothing about Orbitr needs a big switch-over day.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your work, your files and your clients' details belong to you. You can export a copy whenever you like from Settings, and if you ever leave, you take it with you.
Do our clients need an account?
No. Clients review videos and posts, answer questionnaires and read their reports from a private link. Review links can go to their WhatsApp group or email, and they approve with a tap. Links carry your logo and name.
How does Orbitr use AI?
Astro, Orbitr's built-in assistant, drafts captions in each client's voice, writes video briefs, cuts and captions videos, and answers questions about your work. Everything it makes is a draft until someone on your team approves it. Nothing posts on its own.
Which platforms does Orbitr connect to?
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok for publishing, comments, DMs and analytics. Meta ads and Google Ads accounts for ad reporting. Google Business Profile for reviews. Slack for alerts. LinkedIn and YouTube are coming soon.
One app for the work. One bill for the stack.
Set up your workspace, add your first brand or client and invite your team in a few minutes.
